WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN AI TRAINER

How real experts like you
improve the ARES brain.

We depend on subject-matter experts in robotics, computer vision, ML, and STEM to train ARES. Here are the common tasks you'll do in the program:

Write a Challenging Prompt

/ Why

Difficult task / plan pairs teach ARES to reason correctly in real-world conditions where mistakes cost lives.

/ How

Think of a hard robotic scenario in your field — a perception, manipulation, or navigation case that would confuse a vision-language-action model. Then write the correct execution plan.

Prompt Checklist
Real-world robotic task ARES could face
Requires multi-step reasoning, not recall
Has a verifiable correct execution plan

Create Grading Rubrics

/ Why

Improve the safety and reliability of ARES by defining what "correct execution" looks like for a given task.

/ How

Build a grading scorecard for ARES's candidate plans — pass/fail criteria across safety, accuracy, efficiency, and constraint compliance. A report card for robot decisions.

Plan respects physical safety limits
Step sequence is causally valid
Handles sensor noise & occlusion
Operates within energy / time budget
Recovers from a stuck state
+ Add Criteria

Rate and Rank Answers

/ Why

Improve ARES by rating which of its candidate plans actually works in the real world.

/ How

Compare two ARES responses — which one is safer? Which is more efficient? Rate them on correctness, safety, latency, and physical feasibility to teach the brain what "good" looks like.

FAQs

No special qualifications are required. We believe everyone has unique skills and expertise to contribute. Whether you're a student, working professional, freelancer, homemaker, language expert, or specialist in any field — you can help train the ARES Brain. If you're passionate about contributing and learning, you're welcome to join from anywhere in the world.

Submit the application form → if you fit the current cohort, you'll get an official email from OrionX Robotics → click "Verify Skills & Start Earning" inside the email → complete a short skill-verification round → start contributing to the ARES Brain Learning Program. End-to-end typically takes 30 – 60 minutes.

2% of total $Orion token supply is allocated to the Engineering & Robotics Contributors pool. Contributors earn from this pool sized by the quality and quantity of their training work. Higher-quality contributions earn more — quality is measured against community rubrics and OrionX engineering review.

Fully flexible. No minimum hours, no shifts. You choose when, where, and how much you contribute — earnings scale with contribution. Some trainers spend 2–3 hours a week, others 20+. Both are welcome.

ARES is the autonomous AI brain OrionX is building for real-world robotics — a specialized Vision-Language-Action chip currently deployed in a private enterprise data center, with broader industrial and defense use cases coming. Trainers in this program directly shape how ARES reasons. You can read more at orionxrobotics.xyz.

Eventually, yes — a Base-compatible wallet (e.g. MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet) is needed to receive $Orion token payouts. You can apply without one and we'll send setup instructions once you're shortlisted. The wallet step is optional in the application form.

Yes. Once you're active in the program, you'll get a referral link from your dashboard. Successful referrals earn additional $Orion rewards. We encourage referrals for people you can personally vouch for based on their expertise.

You can re-apply after a few days. We run continuous cohorts as new ARES capabilities open up — a "no" today often becomes a "yes" once a relevant domain comes online. We'll keep your application on file.
